- Failure to Deliver: If for any reason we are unable to deliver your message, Shadow Messenger will attempt to resend the message using a different network. If the message still fails to be delivered to the recipient’s number, we will initiate a refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds will only be initiated if the SMS cannot be delivered to the given number after our retry attempts. The refund process will be initiated within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
3. Message and Data Privacy
- Data Storage: Shadow Messenger does not store any message content after sending. The only data retained is the payment record to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- AI Filtering: Our AI filters use message content solely for the purpose of ensuring that it is safe to send. This content is not stored or used for any other purpose.

- Pricing for sending messages is based on the recipient’s mobile number region and is clearly outlined on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change; however, changes will not affect orders for which payment has already been made.
